And Rich Rod was fired at Zona, would you take Rodriguez as OC?

That is a good proposal. If O gets the job it will be on condition that he brings in a top level OC. I am not real familiar with RichRod's philosophy but it has to be better than what we have.

I do believe however the conditional approval of a new OC will be that he can develop QB's... I am not for someone that is just going to run some Gus Malzahn read option HS offense.

He's finished over 10 W's twice since '01. Twice. And is mediocre at best inbetween. He's killing it this year @ 2-8

O has one HC job where he did terrible and has filled in on two good programs as interim.

So he and O are similar.

Rich Rod would be a good OC, but im not sure thats the kind of Offense O would run. Sadly.

Of course we'd take Rich Rod as OC. I remember his Tulane offense.
