If Miles stays (whether Michigan doesn't offer or they do but he says no), does that mean he's here until he is fired/retires?

There's no way he gets the nod to the NFL, and if he doesn't opt out for Michigan, where else would he ever go?

He's here until he's fired, retires, or something goes really bad with the UM coach and they have an opening in a few years.

Yeah. Miles has made statements that he would like to end his Coaching Career here. He likes us and this place for some unknown reason.

Louisiana and the LSU nation. Sopmehow despite the grief he gets he loves the Bayou State. God Bless Him. I suspect that he doesn t hang on TD or listen to Talk Radio so perhaps he does.

If he stays I'm pretty sure it will be because they didn't offer or the offer was way too little. If he wanted to stay, he would have just said so before this past week and saved his team a lot of distraction and uncertainty.

I like Miles and wouldn't mind one bit.

All I want out of him is to be critical of what happened this season and fix the mistakes. No need to be hard headed.

Are you kidding me? If Miles says absolutely that he will never leave LSU for Michigan then what leverage does he ever have to get a raise?
There is no way he would ever say that, even if it's true.

Having his name mentioned like this is the best thing that could have happened to him financially (short of winning the MNC).
