I spoke to Jimmy directly on Tuesday and he said that RR was no longer an option. However, after exhaustive attempts he did reach RR indirectly today. RR is still interested in taking a look.
RR feels that his buyout can be negotiated down since the university has not come through on the facilities guaranteed.
Ott has excellent sources. He was the first nationally to report Shula would be fired and that Nick Saban is Bama's top choice! He nailed that one.
BTW Zee, it's still going to be Spurrier.
But RR is my 1st choice.

I think RR will be a top option IF WV loses this weekend. I would love to have a combo of Rich and coach O! Rich with his Offense and Coach O with his defense plus both of their recruiting would be UNREAL!

In case y'all have forgotten... Jimmy Ott broke a story from his "sources" telling about how Nick Saban put out feelers to LSU to see if there was anything he could do to come back. This was reported MONTHS before any Bama/Saban talk even began. People called in and blasted Ott telling him he's a dumb arse for trying to stir shite up.... doesn't seem so far fetched afterall.
