If Herman to UT, would he try for Aranda?

After all, some are of the perspective that LSU had an advantage due to their history. Could that come to bite the Tigers in the rear if Herman goes to UT? (Guessing that Aranda would be close to the top of his DC wish list.)

Doubt it. Apparently he loves his garbage staff at Houston. Actually that could be in favor of Texas in his decision.

I would cry in the fetal position if this happened.

If LSU is dumb enough to hire Orgeron I hope Aranda bolts. He doesn't need to waste a few more years on that sinking ship.

Well, he might as well count on Major Applewhite not being included.

That would be the nightmare scenario for LSU, especially if there is any truth to the rumor that part of our negotiations with Jimbo was that he would be required to keep Aranda on staff.

Of course he will and Aranda will go. This hire is a tipping point for ESPN, Texas recruiting and the Texas Football program. It's also a huge tipping point if Herman comes to LSU with Aranda. In roads to Texas recruiting will be substantial.
