I would want Chad Morris from Clemson. He's getting paid the exact same as GM at 1.3 million, tied for the most for an assistant. Idk if we could lure him from CU though.

Any other good candidates?

I don't want him as the OC, but I wish whoever we brought in would try everything they could to get Dameyune Craig back here.

No Idea, would like something new tho. I don't think we have to go after someone like Malzahn.

I think Gus takes him to his new job, where ever it may be...

Plus, I don't think he's ready to be the OC at Auburn just yet. I also can't see Gus leaving Auburn to coach at Arky State. I know it's home for him, but they can't even pay him what we're paying him at this time...

WOuldn't make any sense, IMO. It's also a horrible job, IMO. Worse than Kansas and Vandy.

I see.

I don't see him taking that job at all, though I could be wrong.

Yep. Why would he turn down Vandy for Asu?

Although, he COULD howl and shite:

I'm not kidding. He was a good OC, even in 2006 w/o the 1st round backfield. Tubbs and the BBQ gang held him back in later years. He's done a good job transitioning Michigan this year. Unfortunately, I don't think he'd leave Hoke's staff, nor would he come back to AU.

I thought he loved Auburn. Hell, they hung around town for a couple years after he was let go. Used to catch all the baseball games.

Maybe, I just think that would be weird coming back to a place where you were fired regardless of other circumstances.

Not sure what Chizik and Al's relationship was like, but I don't know if he would harbor bad feelings considering Tubs is gone.

That's because his wife was still employed in the AD's office

True. I get the feeling Tubbs wasn't Chiz's favorite coach he worked for after reading his book.
