he recruits only the real big fish. closer of sorts. he isnt out on the road as much as the other coaches. hes got a cushy gig and paid a lot of money, zero chance he is leaving.

Chavis would absolutely leave for a HC position if it is the right one. That's from a source very close to him. Keep in mind though, he aint leaving to coach North Texas or something like that. It would have to be a very good job.
He definitely will not leave to be a DC somewhere else.
