it does make sense. If anything Edwards is over qualified and he has expressed interest in coaching his alma mater..

He's got the TV gig. I can't imagine him leaving that set up to coach at a second-tier college football program, even if it is his alma mater.

Real college football fans do because they follow the entire sport, but I suppose a myopic, superficial college football fan doesn't. This post reminds me of folks who go to track meets only to see the 100 meters and the relays.
