You folks are batshit crazy if "great recruiter" is at the top of your list for OC.
OC here is going to be 100% in charge of the offense. He needs to be a great play caller, schemer, and QB coach first and foremost. Recruiting after that.

ETA: I want the guy to get an interview...doesn't mean I think he is best for the job. But I do like young energetic guys that can relate to the players.
