You are not the only one.

I kinda feel the same way
I've wanted him gone for so long, and now that it might happened, well I'm kinda scared...

LA recruits will stay since Wilson will be staying

I feel the same way. If this had happened in mid-December, I might feel different. It just seems like it puts us in a crunch with NSD only a few weeks away.

That's mostly been my thing all along ... Miles is not irreplaceable, but the timing is shitty.
Miles is a great recruiter and a guy players love to play for. That trumps, or at least equals, his in-game deficiencies.
I'll take my chances with him at the helm for the next few years.

The Miles dick sucking in this thread is unbelievable.
LSU is like an abused child, once daddy threatens to leave they just have to have him stay. They forget the other 25 times he let them down or abused him.

he wants to go to Michigan, why stop his dream?

This is really bad timing for LSU. Miles would have had to really earn an extension next year, now LSU is basically being strong-armed to give him one.

I can certaintly see where you're coming from, but what if the replacement were Patterson or Mullen, would that make you more comfortable? Of course, there's no guarantee....

I agree.
I just can't get the Ole Miss and Tennessee games out of my head.
The timing truly sucks (if he goes) but the ending of those games is burned into my brain like bad childhood memories.
In my mind, it borders on unforgivable, at this level of coaching.

i am a fan and you're right. would not be good.
timing of it sucks b/c UM waited so fricking long to fire RR; i know they saved money by waiting but it potentially fricked us bigtime.

you never know who stays or goes. I never thought that we'd lose Moffitt, but we might this year.
