Hire Russ for PGC or OC he going to be good with the talent that we already have and offensive mindset that he already got

With the amount of pub he's getting, you can bet that other programs are already in his ear. I just hope that O is in constant contact with him. We need Callaway here, in any capacity.

I agree, if we let him go, we will regret it. He is a young, new age offensive mind, who has experience calling plays. I honestly think we would be stupid to let him walk. He will be successful when given the chance.

Also with him not being a NFL guy we might be able to keep him for more than 1 year, which would be nice.

Callaway is young but has coordinated a successful offense for multiple seasons and put a FCS QB in the NFL.
Munoz was a long time WR coach who only lasted 1 season as OC at ULL and 1 season as PGC at Baylor.
