I promise you, after watching hugh freeze up close. He would not last in Baton Rouge. He takes criticism too seriously. If he starts losing just a little bit he Will meltdown

We’d likely have to pay him $4.0 Million as an OC. If we give Aranda $8.0 of the $12.0 budgeted for Riley alone, then I’m good.

Nick and Hugh are close friends. Nick has a great deal of respect for Hugh as a person, and obviously as a Football coach.
