It's Mullen trying to get a raise and an extension.

I'd be curious who UF fans would want and think they could get if he does indeed leave.

Matt Campbell is my first call
Then I’d give Lane a ring

Both would be excellent hires. I'd probably go with Lane first since he would be more likely to jump ship.

As long as he’s not in the SEC anymore I don’t care where he goes.
I’ve never liked Mullen. I think he has some significant character issues to be coaching young men that are susceptible to influence. He’s always got excuses and puts the blame everywhere but himself, and throws his players under the bus.
I don’t like Florida, but I don’t wish the Mullen on anybody. Terrible for culture.

I like Campbells leadership and the culture he would build, plus he's squeaky clean as of right now while Mr Freshwater has some flaws on his past.
That said, Lane's a lights out recruiter which we've been missing for years.

I'd be good with either
And if they both say no, kick the tires on the Chipster again ..Hey, I can dream

I've just seen rumors of Campbell's wife not wanting to move far away from the midwest and him not wanting to have the same recruiting grind as the SEC.

1. Lane Kiffin
2. Joe Brady (yes way out in left field - but what the hell)
3. Brian Johnson (UF OC)

You would want Johnson as a HC?

UF was a scary different team without Pitts. And not in a good way.

UF was fine against Arkansas sans Pitts. In fact, that was the game where the announcers were anointing Trask a Heisman favorite. UF was a scary different team when being one dimensional caught up to them and defenses starting playing +2 against the pass and UF still couldn't/wouldn't run the ball. Also, the OL grouping was terrible. Delance should not have played RT. Trask was constantly climbing the pocket because of Delance.

Yes. Much more personable than Mullen, and would be a WAY better recruiter IMO, and I don't think Johnson would resort to excuse making after every loss.

Dan Mullen with Justin Fields would be a great fit.

He may be a better fit because he is better at calling plays then recruiting. But his crap personality could be an issue NFL players and the media. If I was an NFL team I would hire Brady or even Kiffin before him .

This was from a fake D Orlando Ledbetter account. Not real to my knowledge.
