Kiffin never has grown up. He's immature like a child. His in-game decisions are foolish and wreckless. It looks like he's thinking he's playing a Madden Game or something. He lacks the emotional intelligence needed to be a great head coach.

Both of them seem to be too reliant on analytics even when it flies in the face of all logic. They both go for it on 4th down far too often, to the point of being a threat to their own teams.

Nobody over 30 should want Kiffin. He hasn’t been great anywhere. We already hired a guy who sucked as a head coach before and gave him a second chance. Did it with Dinardo too. Kiffin isn’t a great coach.
