Some of these responses are cringe-worthy. It would take him several years (at least 3) to get his offense and defensive schemes in place with the lightweight spread personnel they have now.

They have as many blue chip players as any team. They only lack toughness and coaching. Win the Big 12 next year, BCS year after.
