I have never liked Franklin, he is overrated, probably the worst choice in my opinion, other than Dabo, who would be O Part II.

LSU would be a bad place for Franklin. He would get fired for the same record he's had at Penn State.
He should go to USC. The Pac 12 south is very winnable and he will have better talent than any other Pac 12 south team. After competing with Ohio State, Michigan, and Michigan State in his own division, his team would be heavily favored to win the Pac 12 south every year.

Yep, of Franklin isnthe choice both him and Scott are gone within 5 years.
