Just man up, follow Frank Wilson's step to coach at another school and if he builds a winning program he could always come back to coach at a top fb school. If he is afraid of challenges at a smaller school he would just accept a recruiting coordinator position at LSU and stay close to home to watch his children play.

totally agree, I just hope he stays even though i know he wont, def show him some love in his exit interview, give him a 8 year contract or something.. but def show him that he is wanted at LSU and tell him that his service has been very appreciated.. never know, it may work and he might stay

Believe me, no one hopes he remains on staff more than I do.

Louisiana-Lafayette job might become available. The Cajuns is the perfect fit for O. It's close to home and if he won there a P5 school might come calling.
