Well, of course, not every person for one reason or another are ready and willing to leave their current jobs, but that goes for every damn job opportunity in America. Nonetheless, you have no freaking clue that it is because they didn't want to work for one of the best college football head football coaches in America and at one of the best college football programs in the country.

The only reason why Matt Canada was hired was because Joe Alleva told Ed O to go hire him and Ed O having just been hired by Joe Alleva was too afraid at the time to tell Alleva no. Nonetheless, Ed O would have hired Lane Kiffin if Kiffin hadn't taken the Florida Atlantic job.
Scott Linehan wasn't a bad hire. Just because Ed O let him go, doesn't mean he is a bad coach or a bad hire. In football, coaches get let go all the time.
With respect to Pelini, he had all the qualifications and then some, but unfortunately for whatever reasons, he didn't work out. People hire people all the time that don't work out, but that doesn't mean they are bad at their jobs. It's only low-information dumb ignoramuses like you that blame them for the same thing that happens all of the time to virtually everyone in a position of hiring and firing.
Go ahead show me an individual in a position to hire and fire people that haven't fired people they hired. Every time you recruit anyone whether it is a football player or a football coach it's a prospect. However, until they commit to your football team or until you hire them, you never know if they will becomes studs or duds. That's just the way it is.

What do you mean? Not only has Ed O won a national championship in 2019 with the best college football team ever in college football history, but Ed O had no problem hiring coaches.
Meanwhile, coaches who do research and their homework with respect to hiring people are smart coaches. Furthermore, you have no clue about whether or not the coaches Ed O hired and fired were good coaches or bad coaches. As sometimes head coaches let go perfectly good coaches because they want to go in a different direction. As all you are is a dumb low-information ignoramus.

How would you rate Jones credentials for this job to Muschamps credentials in his first opportunity to be a DC? I don't believe Muschamp had NFL experience.
Muschamp was DC on a national championship team.
