HCIW tag = limited recruiting

No one on this board seems to know this.
Per NCAA rules, as soon as you slap a HCIW tag on someone they are now limited for recruiting like a head coach. Severely limiting in home visits.
No way we put that tag on Aranda. Please quit making shite up.

This was worked around. Basically a handshake agreement that Aranda would have the first interview.

Alleva oversaw the entire deal. Make no mistake. Aranda is going to be the first person looked at for HC. And if it came to that, Aranda would be the best candidate.

Yes Alleva. The guy who won’t be AD next time we hire a coach. The HCIW is stupid and for a coach who isn’t planning on leaving anytime soon like CEO it would cause a shitstorm. No way this is true

If anything he was given a wink from JA saying he would be a strong candidate to be the next HC if he stayed. That would not be something said in front of CEO of course and it would cause a mess off he heard about it.
