I'm not sure if Gus is ready to be a HC at LSU, but I think LSU would be stupid not to at least talk to him. Him being in high school only 5 years ago is a ridiculous reason to rule him out.

And if you really believe that you need to get a clue. 6 - 12 months from now when the whole story comes out we'll see just how innocent Auburn football is. No way the NCAA was going into it any further than they did at this time with the cash cow of a championship game that they had in the making. And something else, If you really believe that Cam Newton didn't know what his father did then I've got a bridge that I'd like to sell you in the middle of the Arizona desert.

Gus is going to be one hell of HC when and wherever he gets the opportunity. Gus has been successful wherever he's been. Even without Cam Newton. I think we need to lock him down and give him the opportunity. He's will most likely also be calling the plays on offense. With our talent, our offense will be unstoppable for years to come. He's also most likely to keep our defensive coaching staff and Frank Wilson. Personally, I'd like him to give Frank or Cooper the title of Assistant HC. NOT TO MENTION, WE'LL BE TAKING HIS TALENTS AWAY FROM A RIVAL SCHOOL!!!! DOUBLE WIN!!!!!

It's going to be interesting to see what happens to Kelly's popularity on here if Oregon has no answer for Newton and the score is lopsided.
It won't matter what happens on Monday night. Chip Kelly will still be one of the most dynamic offensive minds in all of football and will continue to have enormous success regardless of who wins tomorrow night.

So what happens in 6-12 months if nothing does come out like you say it "supposedly will" I'm so sicking tired of hearing about "what will" happen to Auburn and blah blah blah. If if's and but's were candy and nuts we all would have a Merry Christmas. The bottom line in this whole Cam deal is that all of this crap has revolved around his father and Miss State nothing about Auburn.
And again none of it has anything to do with Gus Malzahn and if he would be a good Head Coaching candidate at LSU. I could personally care less what happens because I'm not an Auburn fan and have no vested interest in what happens on the plains. If your reasoning for not thinking Malzahn would be a good choice as a Head Coach based on what one of player's Father asked Miss State for and what may or may not happen to Auburn then that's pretty stupid logic.
