The guy spends 2 hours breaking down a single NFL game he has no skin in. Well respected by former NFL players who could be staff members. Bitter, and hungry, only downside, expensive.

I would argue there is two other significant downsides to Gruden
1) has literally never coached in college - has never recruited
2) regardless of what you think about it, "public perception" is that Gruden had racist emails published. Young black players will have families who believe that to be true. It would hurt us in recruiting
