You are horribly missing the point. Being organized, and detailed, and regimented, and disciplined...is not trying to "recreate Saban at Bama"...those are pillars of success no matter where you are, what you do or who is doing it.
Can Napier recruit the right players to LSU? That's the question. The last two bozos we had got the players but couldn't coach them up. They weren't organized. They weren't systematic.
They were dysfunctional weirdos with no organized game plans.
Success is a process...coaching football, selling insurance, training a dog, building a skyscraper...all come with a blue print. Plan your work, work your plan.
Because not everyone will achieve Saban's success does not invalidate or diminish universal successful habits!

I admit I don’t know much about him other than reading this board.
