Trooper gave Failmer an ultimatum when Cut took the Duke job, but Phil did not budge so Troop left. If he gets any other offers I'm sure he'll do the same to Chizik.

I've actually not heard any news on Trooper this year. He was asked to look around last year with no success, so I'd be shocked if he got a good job offer this year. I've said it before about Troop, but he's going to take whatever offer he receives...and not b/c he wants out, but because it's time for him to go.

Curtis Luper, RB, Auburn: Chizik is unlikely to promote from within, but if he does, Luper is the most likely candidate.
