I would think he would run something more traditional, be he also ran a lot of option when he was at Georgia Southern if I remember correctly.

The last real powerhouse option attack I can think of in D1-A was Nebraska when Tommy Frazier was there.

wouldn't think he would run a more traditional offense now that he has the talent to do it?
No doubt.

I am not a conspiracy type, but maybe Radakovich did not hire Tenuta knowing we needed him as a show of good faith in his application for our AD job?

I'd think he has to although he'll probably run something option -based. Once defenses went to speed over size, option attacks like the old Nebraska's, Oklahoma's, and Bama's got stuffed by teams that played it often enough to game plan for it.

But I still like to watch it- it just looks cool when its run with precision.

Well hopefully that ends the Muschamp to GT rumors.

I believe he has said as much in an interview. I'd imagine that the option run game would stay in some form, but its a pain for him to get a top notch QB at Navy.

Well since Navy is my second favorite team I'm dissapointed, but if it helps us land their DC than at least its consolation

Great day for Army fans!

So what happens if LSU hires Tenuta, who is upset at GT for not giving him the job, and he doesn't coach the bowl game. The would have three head coaches(Gailey, Johnson, Tenuta) who would not coach the game.

Probably one reason we haven't announced his hiring.
