frick off and no thanks.

A nice job turning what has become a bad program around doesn’t equal winning titles. He actually had UCF trending slowly in the wrong direction before UT got down to him as their 10th or so choice in a terribly run search. Good for them for lucking and and getting a decent guy, but no fricking thank you.

He wasn’t even winning the AAC at the end of his UCF tenure. Cincy and Memphis both left them in the rear view and were both out-recruiting him. There is nowhere near enough proof that he can sustain success in the SEC beyond treading water and making bowl games.

I guess I missed them in the playoffs. Must have been in a coma or something.

One fricking game doesn’t mean shite. You never hire a coach based on one game, or one season. It’s the body of work, and Heuple’s is still mixed.

I know he’s an alum, but he would be such a huge reach for them right now compared to who they could likely attract.

It wasn’t Frost nor was it Heuple. They didn’t win a National championship.
