He took over an Austin Peay program that had like 1 win in 3 years and got them to eight wins in year two. Got Charlotte to their first bowl game in year one. That's outstanding.

Why would any coach go to Ole Miss?
Half your players are going to transfer and you only get like 2 years to prove you can beat LSU, Bama, and Auburn.

His upside is tremendous. He’s risky due to lack of experience, but it’s 100% worth it for a program like Mizzou imo
