They had no problem getting Dillingham from Auburn and Johnson from Tennessee

They went after him last week. He turned them down. They hired the guy who went to A&M. Then they came after Woodson a 2nd time with a much larger offer.

Dilly Dilly was OC in name only. In fact no real OC worth his salt would ever sign on to be a OC in title only. But with Dilly it makes sense. He has only been a coach for a few years at ANY level.
He is a decent enough recruiter though.
But make no mistake, he will be OC in name only at FSU as well. It is Norvells offense. He calls the plays. Oh Dilly Dilly just suggests like 3 plays to Norvell and Norvell picks which one he wants. That's how they did it at Memphis and is how they will work it in Tallahassee.
