frick it... let's go balls to the wall and get the most scandalous staff ever... if Aranda does jump ship, replace him with Durkin, and we all know Ensminger needs to go back to coaching TE's or something, but he's not an OC...
if O wants to keep this job, he needs to take some drastic measures, and with these two, it would definitely signal that he's not fricking around, and is willing to put the best staff together that he can, and win now, regardless of question marks and what not....
