in my entire life, I cannot recall LSU ever revealing who they interviewed for a job (in it's entirety for sure). no other school that I know of has either. yes, sometimes it comes out later. there is much talk thru agents and if someone is not interested or if someone doesn't get the job, it is basically secret (unless the guy is angling for a raise). I cannot understand why many on this board do not understand that. ok, I hired a headhunter one time and he hooked me up with a company that I interviewed for and accepted their job offer. my present employer did not know about it until I gave my resignation. why did I keep the interview secret? duh.

the disconnect with some fans on this board is that when they don't KNOW what's happening they ASSume nothing is happening. Joe Alleva has no obligation, legal, moral or otherwise to give us any info. he has bosses and big donors that he has to placate and trust me, we on this board are not only small fry we're damn near invisible.
