Think about it like this:

When? The language in your NIL is very restrictive. There’s not enough time to change it. You’re required by law as a public university to distribute NIL “fairly”.

Hahaha I just read Floridas renovations for 2027. 400 million, going down from 88,000 to 84,000 seats HAHAHAHHA.
