No one really wants McMahon. Saints STs were mostly garbage and he can’t recruit. ST coach has to recruit.

All jokes aside, Steve is doing well in 318 and East Texas. Obviously Joseph has been a disappointment. Hell, the guy needs to be coached on how to coach his position group.

Rewarding people for being good recruiters is what got Ed orgeron the HC job. We don't need to keep doing that. Steve doesn't even want to be OC.
