That’s the problem i have.
Everyone would agree that Steve knows offense. But he’s not going anywhere. He’s happy. Make him passing game coordinator if you want, but bring in another bright offensive mind to help progress this offense.

We’re still stuck in an offensive rut.
So after firing Miles, we replace him with his DL coach, then make his TE coach the OC.

A TE coach on a team that hasn't used a TE properly in 10 years.
