Does the HC situation end up as Alleva's last straw?

Serious question. This is the most quiet I have ever seen a situation like this. Did we really have a two month head start and are only now "aggressively pursuing?"

Miles was fired in September. Cant exactly go beating down doors 4 games into the season.

he knows the lay of the land at this point but there is a limit to how much you can do in season. at a certain point you have to wait until the season is over.

That's how it should be. Joe public should be the last to know in these situations. Maybe they learned something after last year's debacle. One can only hope.

I can't complain at all about the search. Sounds like they have their top 2 targets and will do whatever they can to get them in that order. Outside of those two guys people will find something to complain about. Let it play out and if Alleva hires an absolute clown then feel free to blast him.

He's going become beloved if he knocks this hire out of the park and replaces Johnny Jones with a good coach next year...big IFs though.
