The season yes. But I have friends in Lansing who say he is on his last leg.

I've been hearing this for the last few weeks and scanned over his Wiki page to refresh on what he's done in Lansing. With the exception of a 7-6 year in 2012, from 2010-2015 he had a run of

11-2
11-3
13-1
11-2
12-2

I knew they were solid for a good stretch but that surprised me. Has to be one of the better coaching jobs of the decade.

Yes he def survives the season.
If they get rid of him that would be a mistake

I wouldn’t be surprised if he walked away.

He has the best program in Michigan. Why would they fire him?

There are rumblings there. There is another issue they were talking on radio. Arrest or something like that

He won’t be fired but it’s possible he retires after the season. He has looked miserable this year.

Yep he would never be fired by MSU. But he may retire after this year. He looks miserable and he just reshuffled the deck chairs after a failure last year.

Dantonito always looks like a miserable prick.

One thing that helped his record in that 10-15 span was UM and PSU went through a rough patch. And the Luke Fickel OSU year was in there as well.

Hell, we'll bring him home. Can't be any worse than Muschamp. D'Antonio played ball for Carolina and is an alum.
