That guy is another one of those great mysteries. He has been a head coach with same team longer than 95% of the league and hasnt done squat but makes it another year after year. He must have blackmail on jerry

it all depends on sean payton
jones wants sean as his coach and tried hard last time sean contract talks were happening
if sean is ready to sign with jerry then garrett is gone for sure, if not, then jones gains nothing by removing him so he fires the assistant coaches and leaves garrett there as the scape goat to take the blame for jerrys mistakes

Not happening. Payton signed a five year extension just this year.
