The admin would be smart to do everything in their financial power to keep him here regardless of the hire. And any hire would be stupid not to support that move.

his most effective role is as RC/RBC for LSU

freak? 50/50

it may be too late in the game for freak to switch schools. he may have invested in LSU too much

Frank is more loyal to Louisiana than Les I would think he stays. Would hope Cooper/Chief/BillyG/Moffit all here too.

He said in his latest interview that if Wilson was still at Tennessee, he would be committed to Tennessee

I'd expect Wilson to stay on the staff in some capacity.

Saban will snatch Wilson up the second it's announced Les is leaving

I think he should be made interim head coach until the new guy is named. Hopefully then he could hold our recruiting class together and be convinced to stay.

Cooper, Wilson, Haley

Those are some of the best position coaches and/or recruiters as you are going to get. They are basically irreplaceable.

Chavis is replaceable as is stud and crowton obviously.

Moffitt is not replaceable, but it would take something surreal for him to leave.

Saban might have burned that bridge when he dangled a job in front of him for months while he was recruiting OP walker boys back in the day and didn't hire him. That's speculation but if I were frank I would tell saban to frick off.

Frank could play this into an assistant head coaching role if he plays his cards right. I hope he does and sticks it out here while getting some experience.
