This situation would play into Zook perfectly to coach safeties and as STC. All I know is we shouldve gotten him on staff ever since he left Illinois.

Yeah - I dig this. I'm actually okay with elevating Ensminger to QB/"Co-OC" (title) with Gilbert or Sark if that's a compromise that works for everybody.
Hell, call Sully the "passing game" coordinator, too. Make Raymond the "lockdown coordinator" - make everybody a coordinator and overpay for everybody (except the HC). If this is going to work, let's make it work.
