who the hell elevates a WR coach to HC on a perm basis?

He sucks. My cousin who is a big Clemson fan was propping him up to be some great coach. My cuz was saying LSU should hire him if Miles left. Needless to say my cousin is no longer singing the guys praises. Should have kept Bowden.
