DC Announcement today or closer to 23rd?

Many were originally thinking something would come out today, then there was some report Miles was in no rush to announce anything until the 23rd. Any new info on when an announcement may be forthcoming?

I'm hearing they won't announce until after signing day.

Looks like we're going to wait until after the Super Bowl because Miles doesn't want to announce it while the guy is still coaching games.

Id imagine Miles is going to wait so he can use the open slot for more recruiting visits, line up some targets for the last weekend, and introduce the new DC for them to meet.

I haven't seen any credible info...or even anyone pretending that they know saying that a hire is imminent.

I've heard from confidential sources that LSU is closer today than they were yesterday. There's a good chance tomorrow could be closer than today, unless the hire is made this afternoon which would make it further away. I'll update as I know more.
