Good chance he will be looking for a job soon. He’s 35-34 at Baylor and 4-4 this year with 4 tossup games left (UCF. Utah, Arizona, Houston).
The biggest surprise is outside of one season, Baylor hasn’t played defense at all under Aranda. I’d think this would dampen his DC prospects but he will get some offers.
