Jones was also retained from the previous staff, so Taylor had no loyalty to him.

Not going to lie, that podcast gives a lot of insight of his mindset. People assume it would be a shite hire, but, this could be something fresh. He sound like a hard worker, attentive to details, and understands recruiting. I would be ok with the hire, if it were to happen. But hey, I'm a true believer in O too. So what do I know?
