At Tennessee saying Mullen is a second rate candidate. You hired Derek Dooley. He couldn't even win the Western Athletic Conference. You couldn't get Mullen if you threw all the money in the world at him. Your team has went from the grandeur of college football to an 18-41 loss to Vanderbilt. Because Tennessee fans want Gruden and any other name thrown at them is white noise. Until Gruden publicly announces he isn't interested in Tennessee. They will disregard other coaching options. I don't think that MSU should lose Mullens. Do everything in their power to keep him. I think Tennessee should look long and hard at Charlie Strong.

Not a problem. We have an account that has money set away from boosters to prevent any other school from taking away Mullen due to getting more money. We can match any reasonable offer that any school throws at us.
