Could we sway a mid level HC to come as OC?

Do you think a head coach at a mid level school ie. Tulsa would accept more money to be an OC?
I think if we can get Montgomery for OC than we could be set for years. He could run the offense for a few yrs than get the keys to the whole engine when Les retires.
Worse case scenario for him is we pluck him from Tulsa he leads our O to monster stats and lands a Top Tier HC job in 2-3 yrs.

their goal is to be a HC at a power 5. So yes I see them taking a step back to caught at the one and only P5 school out there worth a chit. It could happen. Delusional corndogs

The biggest obstacle to any OC hire is going to be keeping Miles away from the offense. Nobody's going to want a 1980s philosophy hanging over their head and killing any chances to move up the ladder.
I cant see a HC making that move. An OC from a mid level school is our best bet.(one that is already calling plays himself)
