For showing how to go out get the coach they feel is right for them. Getting it done and moving ahead. Demonstration of understanding where they are in the market, showing competence and confidence in their decision. Good job by Miss. State.

Handled it a hell of a lot better than what Tennessee demonstrated or what Alleva did the last two years.

Joe Morehead OC from Penn State. Pretty respected and very good offensive coach. Not a super star name but considered a very good coach.
