Absolutely. The school would pay any of these coaches $500,000 - $575,000 annually. However, Miles needs to take a page out of Sean Payton's book, and give up some of his salary to put towards a top notch DC.

You offer any of these guys $900,000+, and they'll be here in a heartbeat.

I havent followed coaching changes close enough to know but has Smart ever showed signs of leaving Saban?..

If Chavis, which I don't think will happen, leaves, Miles will have no trouble finding a great coordinater just like Pellini and Chavis.
