On ESPN 2 at 7PM. Intrigued by Jamey Chadwell because of his offensive mind. He’s making All-Americans at Coastal Carolina… that should say something.

If we hire from the G5 it will be Chadwell, not Napier. But we'd have to be towards the bottom of the list before we have those discussions.

That’s a dang good G5 conference and he’s been very good at a school who was traditionally not very good at football. But he’s never coached at a school bigger than Coastal, not even as an assistant. Would love to see him get a promotion to a P5 school soon.

False. He’s in the discussion even though the optics aren’t great because he’s a wunderkind of sorts and is an emerging badass. He just happens to be in our backyard. We are fortunate. If he was doing this at another school with ULs history he’d be getting run.

I think I read he's only running this kind of offense because his QB can't do what he would normally ask of his QB. But he's obviously really good at what he can do and it works to tailor the offense around him, which is what a good coach does.

He seems to be running the RPO beautifully and making every throw. He’s got a 79.8% completion rate 6 games in. What else is he supposed to do?
