2. Offer now in Herman's hands. If he turns us down:

Guys I don't know why you think there's some master plan going on here. Its a negative that Fisher is turning us down, and its not nearly definite that Herman will take our offer giving the environment around CFB right now with coaching musical chairs. So far, there's no good news as far as I can tell.

Do we know for sure that Jimbo turned us down? Was it money or just not interested?

As stated, there is a cat and mouse game with Jimbo.
What is "known" and admitted by nearly everyone;
There is an offer, Jimbo turned that down and made a counter. Negotiations are still on going. That's it.
Herman negotiations have steamed up. The indecisiveness of Texas has helped and it appears Herm is warming up to the idea of LSU.
NO ONE HAS OUT RIGHT REJECTED OFFERS AND WALKED AWAY FROM THE TABLE.
