Coaches Leaving a School

the system is set against them. if they come out and say they would like this or that job, and that they are applying for it then dont get it where are they? yet if indicate they are happy where they are and do take the job, they are lying.
i think a good strategy would be to say early on after his first year is that he probably will not be here forever, that at some point in the future he will leave, either because he gets fired or quits and that as a matter of policy he will not answer any questions about his changing jobs, and then stick to that policy.

Given that recruits are stuck for a year or two of no playing if they change their mind after enrolling - I think it is only fair for the system to set up the coaches to be the bad guys.
After all they can still move and coach the next day.
If the system changes to allow student players to transfer at will then no one would care about coaches moving either.

Any player in their first or second year should be allowed to transfer if the coach leaves

I agree-no comment is best but as long as you don't lie-you're okay. A coach can say he's happy and loves where he is...thats not lying....that statement itself does not close the possibility of leaving. If at any point you say-I'm not leaving or I'm not going to be the next coach at...then you are being deceiving. NOT COOL!!!

Notre Dame football coach Brian Kelly says on his Twitter account that his Cincinnati house was egged by vandals.
Spent most of the morning on the phone with recruits. House got egged last night and the sign on the lawn wasn't a FOR SALE sign,'' he wrote Sunday.

Guess its not too much to deal with-he got a very good raise to go to Notre Dame. I guess its not enough to start a journey with a team at the beginning of the season-they play their guts out for you-go 12-0 and a Sugar Bowl bid!! Then you name gets mentioned a lot for the ND job and you tell them 'how much you love Cinn and you're "not going anywhere"...then 5 days later, you tell them "thanks for all your hard work to get me this opportunity to go coach ND"......then when given the option to at least coach them in the Sugar Bowl, you decline because your focus now in on ND.
After all that-you're on the phone stealing the same recruits you were trying to get to Cinn...you're lucky your house was just "egged"
