For the first time ever, we don't have one of the worst 2 0r 3 coaches in the SEC

It was already true, and solid. Petrino just adds to the SEC's status with respect to coaches.

Without a doubt, 2008 in the SEC is going to be one hell of a war.

If Petrino can't handle the NFL what makes Arkansas think he can handle the SEC.

Wsn't really any doubt in my mind anyway...
Four active coaches with NCs (Meyer, Saban, Fulmer, Spurrier) with a possible 5th on the way (Miles). Next closest is the Big 12 w/ Stoops and Brown.
Five active coaches with solid records of success (Miles, Tuberville, Richt, Nutt & Petrino)
With the other three solid coaches that have been limited by the talent pool for their schools (Brooks, Croom & Johnson).
No doubt in my mind that the SEC is the top coaching conference.

Without a doubt. The SEC has very good coaches 1 through 12.
The SEC has 8 teams that can legitimately compete for their division title. And three more that are working hard to get there. THE SEC is soon to be the only BCS conference in America without any cupcakes.

"Ole Miss was NO cupcake this year."
