I've been away from the program because coach O drives me crazy.

Coach E,
This man was forced to be offensive coordinator, this is some sad shite.

We sold recruits to come play for one of the best offensive coordinators, he's shown the door, now we internally promote coach E??

With our talent we should be one of the top teams. Someone needs to come from the outside and hit the reset button on the entire program.

This. No point in discussing anything until this change is made.

Quit buying tickets, donating money, and going to games.

No one in that administration will listen until their pocketbook hurts.

That reset button isnt too far off. One of the pieces is in place already in Dave Aranda.

And funnily enough, Miles made the hire.

Alleva is already on very thin ice , especially from the ones supporting the university.

To be fair:

There is nothing particularly "innovative" about either UGA or BAMA offenses. Just play-callers who use the playbook appropriately and development of players / execution.

LSU had a perfectly capable offense (playbook) throughout the Miles' era. The plays CALLED were limited to the "jackhammer approach"

Anyone that has ever been on the business end of a jackhammer knows that at first, nothing happens. It is just repetitive banging in the same spot until a little crack appears....THEN real progress begins to be made. HOWEVER, with that, there is no "time limit" and the concrete does not have 'reserves' to come in. That is what Miles and Co. seemed to try to do.

Again, there is NO REASON that Ensminger cannot be successful. He was a better caller of Cameron's plays than Cameron was.

The issue, to me, is that LSU is risking the "potentially successful" at TWO places (HC and OC) and the proof is in the future pudding. It may be difficult to sell the idea to QB recruits until the facts are in. And, the QB position is what makes the difference in the two programs we watched last night (along with the willingness to make the calls - including inserting the backup QB when it is not working)

I'm not "thrilled". I will wait for the actual "injury" before I cry out in "pain", however.
