You're right, he probably would lose more than 5 games in 5 years in a BCS conference like 100% of the other BCS coaches have done. The point is that he has the ability to be successful there.

dude, i never said it was easy!
my whole point is that it will much harder to do at michigan compared to BSU. in turn, i dont think he as nearly as successful. if he would go, and be successful, id get on here and eat crow for sure. i just dont think itd happen.

So if they give the job to a guy who has never had a head coaching job you will say "That was stupid he will never know how to run a program like UM." butr if he dominates at a smaller school then it is all smoke and mirrors because the conference is weak, no way to win with you.
